Pinetum carefully select only those stockists which can provide you, the customer, with exceptional service, whilst in-store, while your furniture is being delivered and even after your furniture has taken pride of place in your home.

The list below, whilst not an exhaustive list, is what you and we at Pinetum, expect from your local Pinetum stockist.
The store:
Each Pinetum stockist should have a wide well-displayed range of our products to view in-store. With over 2500 products to select from in our collections obviously not every product can be displayed by any of our stockists. However your retailer should also be able to supply you with product brochures and extra product details in-store or you can find individual product information right here on the Pinetum website.
Pinetum stockists are exceptionally approachable and knowledgeable on all of our ranges so please don't hesitate to ask any questions on any individual product or product range during your visit.
Ordering your furniture:
Once you have decided on the products which you want to order, your stockist should be able to quickly and smoothly decide on the final product list and specification that you require. You should be provided with a final order invoice and be notified of what the expected delivery time of your product will be.
Furniture delivery
Before your product is delivered you will receive a phone call, organising a delivery time which suits your availability.
When your Pinetum furniture arrives at your home it will have been pre-checked before delivery but your delivery team will also check this during delivery and installation.
Your Pinetum stockist will have selected delivery teams which will ensure that your furniture is handled with the care and attention it deserves and will take the utmost care when delivering it into your home. Installation should be smooth and all delivery packaging and materials will be taken away by your delivery team after they leave. The delivery team will also take away any old furniture which you may have agreed with your retailer when placing your order.
After sales-service
If for any reason you have questions on your newly delivered Pinetum furniture please contact your stockist from whom you ordered the furniture in the first instance, who will be happy to handle any queries that you have once your furniture is in-situ.
Any queries will be handled courteously and with the importance they deserve.
