Plant-a-Tree
Pinetum is launching a new eco-friendly initiative aiming to get our customers planting trees and reducing their carbon footprint. For every order of Pinetum furniture, customers will be able to claim a free sapling to plant in their garden.
These trees (Norwegian Spruces) will grow as big as you let them so you can still do your bit for the environment whether you have a country estate or a window box.
Trees are vital in the battle to combat climate change as they convert CO2 (a greenhouse gas) into carbohydrates to help them grow.
Your carbon footprint is the sum of all CO2 emissions that are directly and indirectly associated with your activities over a period of time (usually a year). By planting one tree you could reduce your carbon footprint by 15%.
All trees will be posted out in fully recyclable containers ensuring that this initiative is as green as possible.
For more information on how to claim your free sapling, please ask your nearest Pinetum stockist.
It's not easy being green, but Pinetum is making it easier!
